The cost for your first time joining us for long distance training is $139.99 with a $50 shoe coupon towards shoes to be used within the year you register. After your first year, the yearly cost is $99.99, again with the shoe coupon. For a family of two, cost is $199.99 with one shoe coupon.

If this is your first half marathon, we would like you to be running for 1 year and able to do 12k comfortably. yipee If this is your first full marathon, then we would like you to be running at least 18 months and able to do 16k comfortably. Preferably you have done a half marathon before training for a full. As well, if this is your first Around the Bay (30k) training, we would like you to be running for over a year and able to run 15k comfortably. We run every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday night and Saturday mornings. For the summer training, we also run on Tuesday evening for speed work and Thursday evening is tempo running, taking the rail trail, a 16k route from Paris to Brantford. A schedule is given with weekly runs and mileage. Coaching is provided for speed work, our long runs are on Saturday mornings, 7 a.m. for summer marathon training, 8 a.m. for winter marathon/around the Bay training.
